Terms of service

1. The service

Serpify provides search ranking, AI answer visibility and reporting tools for businesses and agencies ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the workspace you create or join.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of members you invite to your workspace.
• Workspace owners manage billing; owners and admins manage members, settings, API tokens and integrations.
• Client users you invite can only see the projects you assign to them.

3. Trials, plans and payment

• New workspaces start with a free trial of limited length and usage. No payment details are needed to start it.
• Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Plan limits (projects, keywords, prompts, research credits) apply per workspace. Fees paid are not refundable except where the law requires.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and for sites and brands you work on or research legitimately.
• Don't attempt to overload, reverse engineer or resell the service or its data feeds, or to access other workspaces' data.
• API and MCP access is subject to rate limits and may be suspended if abused.

5. Data

You keep ownership of the data you add and of your reports. Search and AI answer data is collected from third-party sources and provided as is; results can differ from what an individual user sees. See the privacy policy for how personal data is handled.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify workspace owners of material changes before they take effect.
