Free SEO & AI visibility report for any website
One report on how Google and AI assistants see your site: technical SEO, AI crawler access, llms.txt, sitemap, structured data and AI answer readiness, scored across 25 weighted checks, with a prioritised fix list. Free, no signup.
No account, no card. Your scores and top fixes show right away; the full report is free for your email.
How does the free report work?
Enter a URL and we fetch the page the way a crawler does, without running JavaScript, then read the site’s robots.txt, llms.txt and XML sitemap once each and spot-check a few sitemap pages. Every section of the report works from those same files, so the report takes seconds and every result explains itself.

What should you fix first?
The order we’d work through any report in, heaviest impact first.
-
1
Make sure the page can be indexed
A noindex tag or a robots.txt block keeps a page out of Google and AI answers however good it is. It’s one of the heaviest checks in the report for that reason, and the quickest to fix.
-
2
Let the AI search crawlers in
Many sites block the crawlers behind AI answers, like OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot or PerplexityBot, by accident, through a blanket rule or a security plugin. The report names every one your robots.txt blocks and gives you the lines to allow them.
-
3
Fix titles and meta descriptions
They’re what searchers and AI summaries see first. A unique 30–60 character title and a 120–160 character description are small edits with a direct effect on clicks.
-
4
Structure the page for answers
One clear H1, sections under question-style headings and a direct answer at the top of each. It helps Google’s featured snippets and gives AI engines a passage worth quoting.
-
5
Describe the business with structured data
Organization or LocalBusiness markup tells engines who you are; FAQPage, Product or Service markup tells them what the page is. The report checks each item and suggests what to add.
-
6
Publish a sitemap and an llms.txt
A clean sitemap, declared in robots.txt, helps every crawler find your pages; llms.txt points AI assistants to the pages that matter. The report checks both and drafts an llms.txt if you have none.
How to read the report
What it measures, how the scores work, and what it can’t see.
5 chapters Updated
01
What does the report measure, and what doesn’t it?
It measures whether search engines and AI answer engines can find, read, understand and trust a page: 25 weighted checks on the page, plus reviews of the site’s robots.txt, llms.txt, XML sitemap and structured data.
It isn’t a keyword tool, a backlink checker or a ranking promise. It removes reasons to lose; it can’t create reasons to win.
02
How are the scores calculated?
Every check has a weight by impact. Letting AI search crawlers read the site weighs most, then indexability and the title tag. A pass earns the full weight, a warning half and a fail nothing; a score is the share of weight earned.
The SEO score uses the SEO checks and the AI readiness score the AI checks, so a problem both care about, like a noindex tag, lowers both. The overall score counts a check both sets share, such as the title or HTTPS, only once.
03
What is the AI visibility snapshot?
When you unlock the full report you can add your brand and a topic customers ask about. We then ask ChatGPT and Google AI Mode three questions on that topic and check Google’s AI Overview, and show whether your brand is mentioned or linked.
Those are live AI answers, so we run a limited number each day. If today’s are used up, yours is queued for the next day and emailed when it’s ready. A snapshot for the same site and topic from the last few days is shown again rather than run twice.
04
What can a one-page report not see?
It checks one page deeply, plus the site-wide files every page shares. It can’t find site-wide problems like orphan pages or duplicate content across pages. Check your home page, then one page of each template: a service page, a product page, a blog post.
It doesn’t measure rankings, backlinks or full browser rendering speed. Serpify’s paid plans track rankings daily and run the AI readiness checks on your key pages every week.
05
How often should you re-check?
After every change you make because of the report, to confirm the check now passes, and whenever the page’s template or your site’s robots.txt changes. Results for the same page are kept for a day, so checking again sooner shows the same report.
Who is the report for?
Agencies
Run the report on a prospect’s home page before the sales call. The scores and the fix list are a ready-made scope of work, and the PDF is something to leave behind.
In-house teams
Check a page before and after each release. The scores give stakeholders one number to watch, and the fix list tells developers exactly what regressed.
Site owners and freelancers
Start with your home page, work through the fix list in order and check again. It costs nothing, with no trial clock.
Free report: frequently asked questions
Is the report really free?
Yes. The scores, category grades and top fixes are free with no signup. The full report, with every fix, the PDF and the AI visibility snapshot, is free for your email.
What does the report check?
Technical and on-page SEO, AI answer readiness, AI crawler access in robots.txt, llms.txt, the XML sitemap and structured data: 25 scored checks across 8 categories, plus a prioritised fix list.
Which AI engines does the AI visibility snapshot ask?
ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, three questions each, plus Google’s AI Overview for your topic. Serpify’s paid plans ask your questions in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode every week, with Perplexity and Claude on Agency Plus or with the Perplexity & Claude add-on.
Does it crawl my whole site?
No. It checks one page in depth, plus your site’s robots.txt, llms.txt and sitemap, and spot-checks a few sitemap pages.
Does it run JavaScript?
No. It reads the HTML your server returns, as most AI crawlers do. If key content only appears after JavaScript runs, many AI engines won’t see it either.
Can I check a competitor’s or a prospect’s site?
Yes. Any public page can be checked. Agencies often run it on a prospect’s home page before a sales call.
Will fixing every issue get me to the top of Google?
No report can promise that. Fixing issues removes reasons for Google or AI engines to prefer another page; rankings also depend on competition, links and content quality.
